2.5 KYC Verification. queen.ph is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all members. We may request valid Philippine government-issued identification at any time. Accepted documents include: SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, Philippine passport, and driver's license issued by the LTO. Failure to complete KYC verification will restrict your ability to deposit, play, or withdraw.
3.1 Security of Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your queen.ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Liability for Unauthorised Activity. Until queen.ph receives written or electronic notification of a security compromise, we bear no liability for any losses arising from authorised or unauthorised access to your account. 3.4 Device Security. It is your responsibility to ensure that any device used to access queen.ph is protected with appropriate security software, screen locks, and access controls. queen.ph is not liable for losses attributable to device compromise or unauthorised access on your end.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. queen.ph accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 2–10 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay are processed within minutes; PesoNet transfers are processed within the same banking day. 4.4 Segregated Player Funds. All member deposits are held in accounts segregated from queen.ph's operational funds. Your balance is your money and is protected against any claims by queen.ph's creditors. In the event of insolvency, player funds are returned first before any business obligations are settled.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on queen.ph are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱). Deposits made in other currencies, where applicable, will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
4.6 Third-Party Payments Prohibited. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts in your own name and identity. Deposits from third-party accounts, including those of family members or friends, are not permitted and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if no login has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months and the balance is zero (₱0). 5.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional awards are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 5.2 Welcome Bonus Eligibility. The queen.ph Welcome Bonus is available to new members on their first qualifying deposit and applies once per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Suspected abuse of the Welcome Bonus — including registration of multiple accounts to claim the bonus repeatedly — will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.
5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate than slot games. 5.4 Bonus Abuse. queen.ph employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute abuse include but are not limited to: placing opposing bets ("hedging") to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting errors or delays in bonus crediting, or any wagering pattern identified as non-recreational. However, access to the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to telecommunications outages, acts of God, or government-directed restrictions.
We will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods where this is practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accept no liability for losses attributable to temporary service unavailability, provided that no wager or game session is lost without appropriate restoration or refund as described in Section 6.3.
queen.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to members via email notification to the registered email address or via a prominent platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where changes are required immediately by law, regulatory instruction, or urgent security considerations.
If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and withdraw your available balance before the effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.1 Termination by You. You may close your queen.ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all pending wagers will be settled according to their outcomes and any remaining balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements may have associated bonus balances removed upon voluntary closure.
13.2 Suspension or Termination by queen.ph. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account with immediate effect where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by PAGCOR instruction or applicable law; (c) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering; or (d) we determine that continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other members.
13.3 Funds on Termination. In cases of termination for cause — including confirmed fraud or Terms violations — queen.ph reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where wrongdoing is confirmed by our compliance team, balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law. Clean balances not subject to any investigation will be returned within fourteen (14) business days of account closure.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.1 Informal Resolution. If you have a dispute with queen.ph, we encourage you to first contact our 24/7 support team, who are authorised to resolve most account and payment disputes. The majority of issues raised by Filipino members are resolved at this first point of contact, typically within one (1) business day.
14.2 PAGCOR Dispute Process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, members may escalate to PAGCOR through the PAGCOR official dispute resolution channels. queen.ph is fully cooperative with PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes and will provide all requested documentation and records.
14.3 Jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the above processes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
