queen.ph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share personal information with third parties only in the following strictly limited circumstances:
- Payment service providers — GCash (G-Xchange Inc.), Maya (PayMaya Philippines Inc.), and partner banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank receive the minimum data necessary to authorise and process your transactions. These providers are bound by their own NPC-registered privacy policies and PCI-DSS payment security standards.

8Cookies & Tracking Technologies
queen.ph uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on queenph.biz. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device that helps the platform remember your preferences and activity. We use the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the platform to function — maintaining your login session, processing your bets, and keeping your account secure. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
- Performance and analytics cookies: Collect anonymised data about how visitors use queenph.biz, including which pages are visited most and where errors occur. This data helps us improve the platform. We use first-party analytics only.
- Functional cookies: Remember your preferences such as language, currency display, and game lobby layout to personalise your experience on return visits.
- Marketing cookies: Used only if you have opted in to receive promotional communications. Track campaign effectiveness to ensure we show you relevant offers. These can be disabled in your account preferences or browser settings at any time.
You can manage or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings or account preferences on queen.ph. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from using core platform features including login and gameplay.
9Data Security
queen.ph implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction:
- Encryption in transit: All data exchanged between your device and queen.ph servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 / 256-bit SSL — the same standard used by Philippine commercial banks.
- Encryption at rest: Personal data stored in queen.ph databases is encrypted using AES-256. Database access requires multi-factor authentication and is restricted to authorised personnel only.
- Access controls: Role-based access controls ensure staff only access the personal data necessary for their specific job functions. All internal access to member records is logged and audited.
- Two-factor authentication: Available to all members for account login. Highly recommended to protect your account and personal data.
- Penetration testing: Queen.ph conducts regular third-party penetration testing and vulnerability assessments of all platform systems.
- Security incident response: We maintain a documented incident response procedure. In the event of a data breach that creates a real risk to your rights, we will notify affected members and the NPC within the timeframes prescribed by the Data Privacy Act.
Your Role in Security: Strong account security starts with you. Use a unique password for queen.ph that you don't use for GCash, Maya, or banking apps. Enable two-factor authentication. Never share your credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately via live chat on queenph.biz.
